Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Adrian graduated cum laude from Huntington University, Indiana before moving to Los Angeles in order to attend Loyola Law School. While in law school, Adrian worked as a legal assistant in a downtown employment law firm until he received his Juris Doctor and took the California bar exam. Adrian thereafter practiced as an attorney in Beverly Hills, focusing on employment law. Missing his Midwest roots, Adrian moved to the Toledo area and took the Ohio Bar exam in 2014. Adrian joined Widman & Franklin in early 2017, and he works exclusively in employment and labor law. Adrian takes part in all levels of litigation, from initial consultations, to oral arguments in court, and more. Adrian represents workers who have been wrongfully terminated, harassed, or discriminated against because of their race, sex, ethnicity, age, disability, or other protected status. Adrian also concentrates on protecting the rights of all workers to full payment of wages, reasonable working hours, reimbursement for on-the-job expenses, and other workplace entitlements. Most recently, Adrian has worked with several regional unions to ensure that signatory employers honor their bargaining agreements.
