Clint Wasserman
Clint Wasserman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2004, with a concentration in Management. He then attended the University of Toledo, College of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2007. While in law school, Clint was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team and was admitted to the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization whose members demonstrate exceptional skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy and brief writing. During his final year of law school, he was elected to Oregon City Council and was elected again in 2009 where he served as Council President until 2011.
Clint was also employed with the Toledo Public Defender’s Office and operated as a solo practitioner in the Northwest Ohio area. In 2011, Clint joined the Lucas County Prosecutor’s Office, where he oversaw the prosecutions of felony level criminal offenses. He was promoted to Senior Assistant prosecuting attorney in 2016.
Clint joined Widman & Franklin in December 2019 and will be applying his trial experience, diverse legal knowledge and political acumen in service of our clients.
