Diana graduated cum laude from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science in 2007. Diana attended The University of Toledo, College of Law, and graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of her class with her Juris Doctor in 2010. While in law school, Diana was a member and editor of the University of Toledo Law Review, earned a Certificate of Concentration in Labor and Employment Law, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in Law School, Diana worked as a Law Clerk at Allotta, Farley & Widman Co., L.P.A. After graduating, Diana accepted a position as an associate attorney with Allotta, Farley & Widman Co., L.P.A. In 2013, Diana joined Widman & Franklin. Areas of Practice include enforcement of contributions to Taft-Hartley Funds, from collection policy drafting through litigation and collection upon judgment, bankruptcy collection, employment law, and labor arbitrations.
